Nicole Salem

I-O Psychologist. Founder.

ModusHuman was built from lived experience — recovery from burnout, graduate research in I-O Psychology, and years of applying behavioral science frameworks inside real organizations.

I built the platform I wished existed. The gap between what the research says and what organizations actually do is enormous. Validated frameworks for predicting performance outcomes exist. The problem was always scale — it took months of consulting to implement what ModusHuman now surfaces in days.

Every design decision — from the anonymization architecture to the check-in cadence — is grounded in peer-reviewed behavioral science, not product trends.
